I received my M.D. training at Zhejiang University School of Medicine and am expected to earn my doctoral degree in June 2026. My research has focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying organ injury and regeneration. As part of my doctoral training, I also conducted research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where I studied mitochondrial biology and metabolic regulation.
In the Zhou Laboratory, I am interested in understanding how age-associated somatic mutations influence cellular vulnerability in neurodegenerative diseases. My current focus is on exploring the accumulation of somatic genomic alterations across diverse cell types and their contributions to disease susceptibility and progression.
